LIZA - What can I look for in my emails to help me figure out how to get higher conversion rates?

Tayla - For someone who can serve two different types of clients both different skill sets (some cross over but diff stages of business) — would you say go in on one only or make seperate offers for each.
    • Ultimately what is the NORTH STAR TRANSFORMATION
    • Is the process you take them on to get there achievable for both stages or do they require cusomised or simplified staged
    • You can serve both...but should you?
    • When you try and sell to both, how effective and potent do you think your messaging is at converting? How strong is deal flow? How aligned are the people coming to you?
    • Just solidifying my business suite atm.
    • Questionning whether I need more pathways / offers or if what I have is enough & to just focus on that.
Beth - I have a course that is perfect for beginner SMM's, is there anything else I can do with that to sell instead of just my Insta stories
    • so the only way you have been selling is selling on stories? How do you optimise those stories to sell? What stage of busines are these founders in? How much is the course? how accessible is it? how clear is the messaging?
Shan - I'd love to hear your suggestion for upselling post retreat (the retreat is Feb 21-23) and how I can move people into more offers in my world. I am considering The Playground as that will build my recurring and one of my goals is to get my recurring to 10k/m (I'm currently at 8ish) but a large sector of the people coming are already in it
