CEO EVOLUTION RETREAT – TERMS OF SERVICE, DISCLAIMERS & PURCHASE AGREEMENT

This Terms of Service, Disclaimers, and Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between SIR. Ventures™ ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") and the attendee ("you," "your," "client," or "participant")regarding your purchase and participation in the CEO Evolution Retreats (the "Retreat"). By purchasing a ticket, completing your registration, or attending the Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. PAYMENT TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY

1.1 Payment Plans & Deadlines

  • Unless otherwise agreed upon, Your spot at the Retreat is not confirmed until a full minimum deposit of 25% payment has been received.
  • We offer payment plans for select Retreats. If you opt for a payment plan, you are financially responsible for completing all instalments by the due dates. By clicking agree on this agreement and signing below you are legally obligated to pay the remaining of the payments due regardless of whether or not you finish the program. 
  • Failure to complete payments by the deadline may result in forfeiture of your spot without refund.

1.2 Refunds & Transfers

  • All sales are final. There are NO REFUNDS, under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Illness, injury, or medical conditions
    • Personal or family emergencies
    • Travel disruptions (e.g., flight cancellations, visa denials, weather-related issues)
    • Work conflicts or business changes
  • Retreat tickets are however transferable & are able to be gifted. 

1.3 Cancellation by the Company

  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule a Retreat for any reason, we will provide you with the option to:
    • Transfer your spot to a future Retreat of equal value.
    • Receive a credit toward another SIR. Ventures™ offering.
  • We are not responsible for any expenses you have incurred, including but not limited to flights, accommodation, visas, or personal purchases outside of the agreed upon inclusions. 

 

2. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 Passport, Visa & Entry Requirements

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that you meet all travel requirements, including:
    • A valid passport (with at least six months of validity beyond your travel dates).
    • Any necessary visas or entry permits for the destination country.
    • Any required vaccinations or health documentation.
  • Failure to obtain proper documentation does not exempt you from the No Refund Policy.

2.2 Flights & Transportation

  • You are responsible for booking and covering the cost of your flights to and from the Retreat destination.
  • The Company may provide recommended arrival and departure windows, but we are not responsible for missed flights, delays, or travel disruptions.

2.3 Travel Insurance Requirement

  • Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. You must purchase a policy that covers:
    • Trip cancellations or interruptions
    • Medical emergencies, illness, and injury
    • Lost, stolen, or delayed baggage
    • Any other unforeseen circumstances
  • We are not liable for any financial losses related to travel disruptions, medical emergencies, or other circumstances covered by your insurance policy.

 

3. LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

3.1 Assumption of Risk

By participating in the Retreat, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, illnesses, delays, natural disasters, political instability, theft, and property damage.
  • The Company is not responsible for personal injury, illness, or property loss that occurs during or as a result of the Retreat.
  • Any activities you choose to participate in (e.g., excursions, fitness sessions, swimming, etc.) are at your own risk.

3.2 Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • You certify that you are in good health and physically capable of participating in the Retreat activities.
  • If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions, you must disclose this information in your intake forms prior to the Retreat.
  • The Company is not liable for any allergic reactions, dietary issues, or medical complications that arise during the Retreat.

 

4. CODE OF CONDUCT & BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS

4.1 Professional & Respectful Behavior

  • The Retreat is a high-caliber, luxury experience designed for growth, transformation, and leadership.
  • You agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is respectful, professional, and aligned with the standards of the Retreat.
  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, violence, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the Retreat with no refund.

4.2 Drug & Alcohol Policy

  • Excessive alcohol consumption, drug use, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
  • Any behavior that jeopardizes the safety, well-being, or experience of other attendees will result in removal without refund.

 

5. MEDIA RELEASE & CONFIDENTIALITY

5.1 Photography, Video & Content Usage

  • By attending the Retreat, you grant SIR. Ventures™ the irrevocable right to:
    • Use photos, videos, and recordings taken during the Retreat for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes.
    • Share testimonials, interviews, or social media content featuring you.
  • If you do not wish to be included in promotional content, you must submit a written request prior to the Retreat.

5.2 Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

  • The content, frameworks, and materials shared during the Retreat are intellectual property of the Company.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or share Retreat materials without explicit written permission.
  • Discussions within the Retreat are confidential—what happens in the room, stays in the room.

 

6. FORCE MAJEURE

  • The Company is not responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to:

    • Natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or travel bans.
    • Political instability, terrorist attacks, or civil unrest.
    • Airline disruptions or hotel closures.

  • In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the Retreat, but no refunds will be issued.

 

7. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

7.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of Queensland, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

7.2 Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in Brisbane,
  • Both parties waive the right to bring disputes to court or participate in class-action lawsuits.

 

8. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & AGREEMENT

By purchasing a ticket and participating in the CEO Evolution Retreat, you confirm that you:
✔ Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, Disclaimers, and Purchase Agreement.
✔ Accept full responsibility for your travel, health, safety, and conduct during the Retreat.
✔ Understand that all sales are final and non-refundable.
✔ Agree that SIR. Ventures™ is not liable for any injuries, damages, or financial losses incurred.
